Bebe-Soleil (the “Product”) – LIMITED WARRANTY Solay Brands, LLC (the “Company”) warrants this Product against defects in material or workmanship as follows: For a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, if this Product is determined to be defective, the Company will repair or replace the Product at no charge. To obtain warranty service, email the Company at service@bebe-soleil.com to obtain a return authorization, then deliver the product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the Company at the following address: VGS, Inc. 2239 East 55th Street Cleveland, Ohio 44103 This warranty does not cover products that have been altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than the Company. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance of the product. Normal wear and tear may include scratching or denting. These modifications will not alter the view for the child. This warranty is valid only within the United States. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice must be presented to obtain warranty service. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. REFUND POLICY If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email service@bebe-soleil.com. You will be issued a return authorization and be required to ship the item(s) within 30 days of the date on your invoice to an address which you will be provided, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. Upon receipt of the return, Solay Brands, LLC will promptly issue a refund to you for the amount of the merchandise.
